At Lyris Craft Factory store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Below is our detailed policy regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.

- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Certain items such as final sale items, customized products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Digital products are non-refundable unless there is a clear defect or issue that prevents their intended use.
2. Return Process
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, contact our customer support at service@Lyrichair.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
- Restocking Fees: A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item, email us at service@Lyrichair.com with details and photos of the issue. Depending on the availability of stock, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
